This shows how a standard layout is moved around the chosen photos. Also how the photos chosen for the feature articles are all arranged into the spread in a similar way, using the centrefold, focal point and horizon lines to produce a standard ‘walking out into a luscious landscape’ feel. It’s very much a formula that should have you falling on the floor in boredom by issue 4, but then the content is the key. Notice how on the last of these illustrations the title disappears behind the trees. I wouldn’t have done this!
